As Seen on The Tonight Show & Fox 5: Creating a Culture of Wellness Through Awareness, Movement, and Community

We help individuals and communities release emotion, build resilience, and celebrate identity — all rooted in Ethiopian tradition.

Kinet Bet : Creating a Culture of Wellness

Kinet Bet is a wellness and cultural movement that blends emotional intelligence, mind–body awareness, and rhythm-based healing practices rooted in Ethiopian traditions to strengthen identity, joy, and collective wellness.

Through our pillars — Wellness, Culture, and Entertainment — we create spaces where people feel seen, grounded, and connected, no matter their background.
